justify;\" data-padding=\"15px\">Mainly, the activity of the laboratory is oriented towards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The creation of new varieties with resistance to low temperatures and return frosts from spring during the flowering period;<\/li>\n<li>Zoning of new species and varieties in favorable areas;<\/li>\n<li>Genetic determination and heredity study of the main qualitative and quantitative characters;<\/li>\n<li>Hereditary transmission of some phenotypically expressed physiological and biochemical characteristics, which increases resistance to stress;<\/li>\n<li>Genetic foundation of breeding strategies;<\/li>\n<li>The genetic control of the tree's characteristics and improvement in correlation with the acceleration of the entry into the fruit;<\/li>\n<li>Dezvoltarea \u0219i men\u021binerea unui fond de germoplasm\u0103 din speciile cais, piersic \u015fi nectarin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Principalele activit\u0103\u021bi care se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een colec\u021biile pomologice sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation of the germplasm pool according to internationally recognized methods and descriptors;<\/li>\n<li>Multiplication of identified genotypes at risk of loss;<\/li>\n<li>Collecting new genotypes and grafting them for introduction into ex situ collections;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying genotypes useful for breeding programs and grouping them according justify;\">Within SCDP B\u0103neasa Bucharest, there is a laboratory where specific determinations are made on fruits and leaves in order to characterize and evaluate the main qualitative and quantitative characters, which are reflected in physiological and biochemical characteristics expressed phenotypically, which determine the quality of the
